-Elemental-

You have unique mastery of your element.
Bonus: You can learn your second element as a genin and your advanced as a Chunin.
Example: Gaara (Earth), The Raikage (Thunder)
*Note: This applies to all of your elements if you have more than one or an advanced type.



-Taijutsu-

Your focus is on hand to hand combat.
Bonus: When matched against someone with the same skill in taijutsu, you come out on top.
Example: Rock Lee, Gai, Tenten



-Genjutsu-

Your focus is on illusion techniques.
Bonus: You don’t have to state what is an illusion and what is real.
Example: Kurenai, Tayuya


-Medical-

You are considered talented at medical techniques. Maybe it's your compassion or your dedication to preserving life- whatever the reason, your skills will be a valuable asset to ANY team!
Bonus: You can chose to start with Mystical Palm Technique. However if you chose to do this, you can only start with that and All Academy techniques. You may train it at any point if you chose not to.
Example: Sakura and Tsunade



-Focus-

You are focused on one jutsu.
Bonus: You are more skilled in that technique than anyone else!
Examples: Itachi (Sharingan), Naruto (Clone Technique)



-Genius-

You are generally skilled. Most people call you a “genius” but you know it takes hard work to get anywhere.
Bonus: You can attempt to learn any technique regardless of rank. (Use at your peril!!!)
Example: Neji and Sauske



-Perception-

A perception type ninja is a type of ninja who is capable of detecting the presence of other people through their chakra though one means or another. A skilled sensor can detect their targets from a great distance, as well as identify signature chakra alone.
Bonus: You can sense chakra flawlessly. (Identify who it is, tell if they are lieing, ect)
Requirement: You must be able to sense chakra.
Example: Karin, Ao, Fū, and Shī



-Puppet-

You have been trained to use puppets as your primary weapon.
Bonus: You can control multiple puppets at once! This is to complex for a non-puppet user to do!
Example: Sasiori, Chiyo, Kankuro
