If God really loves his children, why does he always make bad stuff happen to them?!
Here are some of my really long problems that involve with unlucky Christians:
-My youth leader's mom has breast cancer.
-One of my friend's friend's mom has breast cancer also.
-My dad is seriously disabled. He can barely move.
-Several of adult youth leaders had been molested when they were little.
-I was seriously born the wrong gender.
-Little Christian Indians (from India, by the way) are living in a crappy orphanage. (I know this because another leader I knew had been there for a month.)
I'm so lost I don't even know what to do! How does this happen when God always he "loves" his Children!?! stressed

I've always been told it's to test us but I honestly think he doesn't intervene in our lives unless its necessary

God doesn't do bad things to people, the dark one does. It is up to us to cry out to the Father and our Saviour and Holy Spirit for strength. You have alot of bad things going on and I WILL pray for your faith and strength for you and all your loved ones,whatever you do,don't lose hope. i believe it all comes down to sin.

dogs bark because they are dogs. mankind sins because we are sinners. unbelievers are in bondage to sin. those of us who believe in Christ Jesus still sin, but we have been set free from the bondage of sin. in other words, once a person becomes a child of God... (you have to actually become Gods child by believing in Jesus Christ, none of us are born automatically children of God until we can understand the Gospel and put our faith in Jesus.)........
Once a person becomes a child of God they are indwelled w/ the Spirit of God which guides them in truth and gives them power over sin as long as they walk in the Spirit and obey the word of God. a lost person does not have Gods power over sin and a saved person who is living a life of disobedience to God is capable of sinning just as if they were lost. the difference is, God will chastise the saved person because they are His child.

there are many reasons why God allows bad things to happen. I dont understand all of them. i dont understand why God doesnt intervene all the time. There is coming a day when we will see God face to face and understand all. For now we dont fully understand Him. Gods word describes this here:

1Corinthians 13:12
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

so.. we only know in part now, we will fully understand when we see God face to face.

I can't say I know how you feel no matter how similar our situations may be, because only you and God know that. But one thing I gotta tell you: There is a reason why God allows that to happen... let’s remember that God has a plan, and it is a just plan. We should not question it or contradict it, but honor God during the good times and the bad...

Don't blame God. Blame sin. When we accept Jesus, HE sometimes doesn't take away the storm but HE will see us through it. Remember, the psalm 23 reads: Though I WALK through the valley of the shadow of death...; it doesn't say you CAMP out there.

Its true... Blame sin... we are sinners (its natural...!)
No Body is perfect... but I do believe this is a way of him to make us turn to him, go to him... He NEVER WANTED US TO SUFFER... BUT HE DOES ALLOW... for what Reasons... I don't know... Its a part of teaching us. y'know, troubles help us grew closer to Jesus... sometimes, God teaches us the Hard way... sometimes the easy way...

Can't explain it well but all I know... It is for our own good. Bad things happen because we are all SINNERS... and because of the evil one ofcourse... just look at the light not the dark. and, there will be the time when all our sorrows and death will be over... look forward for that!! biggrin

Yes he is a loving God, but that doesn't mean no one is perfect. Trust in him to fix your problems. And when he does, you'll be more then happy to share with others. I think that is called a testament right??!!

i think in a way it's testing us. also if there was no bad there wouldn't be any good it would all be the same. and about your gender problem i think you should pray about it satan is just trying to get in your head because he really can't. the devil can not hear what you think but he can send you bad msgs when you don't even know it's happening. stop looking at the bad things and focus on the good things tat are going on in your life. God can help. he's at the door. all you have to do is let him in.

God does not cause "BAD" things, he does certain things for a reason.
Maybe he wants your dad to be with him, maybe not.
Either way God does everything he does for a purpose, and the purpose is never wrong.
