Okay, Its pretty much that time. Most of the key things needed to RP are up in running in the guild. You are free to make your RPC's. Now, given that there are few people in the guild, and there is no defined way as to how people will rank up, you may start your character at the rank of your choosing. Understand if you choose to be a Captain you will be considered a starting captain. If you choose to start a new RPC you will be started off at 4th Seat Level.
Rules:
The rules have been posted and need to be read over if you don't already know standard roleplaying rules. No Godmoding, autoknowing ect.
The Seireitei forum has some places to go, feel free to create more forums. The other world forums such as Heuco Mundo and earth realm will be opened during the start of the arc which isn't very far away.
Technique such as kidou spells need to be posted.
I suppose I may descide to hold a contest for making Hakuda techniques to learn. Also a custom bleach technique forum is reccomended to be made to fill out things to learn for each race. Abilities needed for all races should be included and then ones made for each seperate race.
Anyone who hasn't created their division needs to create them.
For the person(s) in charge of squad 4 a medical forum for healing people needs to be created.
