Character Bio: One of the three Dragon Masters, Lowan spent most of his childhood in and around Pacifilog Hoenn. For the first year of his life however he was on the planet of Lichea in the South Galaxy 5 light years away from planet Imak. Until however, a mysterious force destroyed his entire home planet and only 7 of his race lived. As far as he knows he is an earthling merely with some gifted powers and has no idea of his race and that there are others. The only reason he and the other remaining Licheans survived is because of his brother Makuri Ishtar who used his mysterious powers without the knowing of it because he was merely 6 months old at the time, to save them all. When he turned 10 he began his Pokemon Journey and received his first Pokemon from his so-called father as a present. His foster parents never told him of how they found him in a large green sphere floating in the water next to their sea cottage. Lowan had a gift for battling, easily collecting the eight badges of Hoenn then moving on to Johto, Kanto, Sinnoh, and finally The Golificap Region. He had some trouble defeating the eighth badge from this region however because it was a former champion as the gym leader. Lowan finally succeeded in collecting 40 badges total and figured him and his team were over skilled for becoming a champion. So the time came when he decided which region he wanted to conquer. He chose Golificap because of all the rare and powerful Pokemon and trainers in the area. After succeeding in becoming the champion of Golificap he wanted to do something particularly special since he always won against his challengers. One day as he was thinking over what to do he reveived a certain message asking him to go to Faux City in hopes of him being able to help the locals vanquish Void X... He accepted and finally boarded the train headed to Faux City.

Partner: A Dragonite named Leon with green eyes rather than normal brown eyes.
Partner Description: Leon has never had another owner besides Lowan. This is a special Dragonite, being a direct decendent of the world's largest Dragonite which appeared in view only a few times, one being a view from Bill's light house off of route 25. The others haven't been proven and are mere story tell sightings. Therefore Leon is twice the size of a normal Dragonite and this explains why his eyes glow whenever he uses a move or is very angry. Leon has a golden arm band on his right arm with the symbol of a crecent moon of the color blue.
Weapon: Lichean Diety Blade of Emerald.
Magic: Total control over all light and some light branches.

Just Because I know you IRL doesn't mean you can go off and do all this stuff without asking.
