Page 56Effects of Spell: A cloud forming spell. Clouds start to form overhead, starting light and wispy, then turning thicker and darker. With added spells it can create thunderstorms. If not focused during casting, the caster can be knocked off his/her feet by the formed clouds swooshing overhead.
