This circle, number two of the witch circles, practices good magic, and follows Hellewises teaching of harm none.
The circle is in secret league with Circle Daybreak, and is fighting against human slavery within the Night World.
Members of Circle Twilight are drawn to humans, even against Night World Law, though they try to keep their distance. As such, many Circle Twilight members are more lenient about the soul mate principle as well as Night World-Day World relationships, being easy to ‘over look’ them, or having high tolerance for them, allowing them to slide quite often.
