This is where you can hang out and do some working out. There is an area for weight lifting, an open caged ring to fight in, and other activities.
Rules:
1. Don't over excert yourselves!
2. Don't hurt the equipment!
3. Don't hurt each other!!!!

Ryuu entered the Gym in his Karate uniform...He went over the bag and began to do different strikes and kicks on it...

Kuroi entered the gym and sat near Ryuu but far enough away that he wouldn't get hit...
Ryuu was focused on the bag but he still could feel that Kuroi was there...He ignored him and continued punching and kicking the bag...
Kuroi lied down and watched Ryuu...

Shadow came running into the door and ran right into aki. She was still holding grunny who still had the bowl stuck to his head. Shadow and on her knees from the impact. "...eh..." shadow siad looking at aki. "Grunny got a bolw stuckon her head when eating lucky char,s with me and i can't get it oooooff." shadow complained while holding back the unbeliveable urge to roll on the ground and laugh. shadow was clearly was biteing down hard so she wouldnt laugh. "Help pwease?" shadow asked aki.

Ryuu stopped punching the bag...He turned to shadow..."Sure..." He said...He took the grunny and gently pulled the bowl off of the grunny's head..."There you go shadow...Grunny are you ok...?" He said as he handed the grunny back to shadow...

Grunny shook and got milk aaall over aki, shadow and wolfy. Shadow giggled. Grunny had that expression of shut up on her face. "Thanks aki!" shadow siad as she got up. "If you say anything about this wolfy your grunny food." grunny siad stubornly.

Kuroi's ears perked up..."I won't" He barked quietly...
Ryuu laughed because he understood what the grunny said because Kuroi could..."No problem shadow..." Ryuu said..."If you don't mind shadow I'm going to get back to hitting the bag..." Ryuu turned and began to strike the back as hard as he could...The chain on the bag broke and it hit the gym floor...Ryuu looked at it and then said..."Uh...I figured the chain would be stronger than that..." He picked the bag up but wasn't sure what to do with it...

Ryuu looked at Shadow..."You want to learn Karate?" Ryuu asked....He was suprised that Shadow wanted to learn from him...Ryuu set down the bag on the Gym floor...I guess I'll figure out what to do with that later... He thought...

Shadow eyes winded. "Oh aki i forgot to give you your shinny kanata thing for bob yesterday." shadow haned aki his sword.
"Pwease I promise i wont throw an apple at your head like I did link! I'll be a good kitty cat. I promise." shadow siad trying not to luagh at the memory of her giveing link a hard time as a student.

Ryuu took the Katana..."Thanks I forgot I gave it to you...And sure I can teach you a few things...What do you want to learn?" Ryuu said as he looked at the Katana...I'll have to put this somewhere safe...I think its sheath is in my office...

"....I have no idea...it just looks fun....PLus i don't know a thing about karate....but If I didnt have my bow or my sword or even my partners to fight with...then i need to defend myself in some way." shadow said thoughtfully.

Ryuu nodded..."I can understand...The literal translation of Karate is empty hand, so as you were saying if you don't have a weapon, like your bow or your sword on you, its very useful...Since you don't know what you want to learn I would say we should start with the basics..." Ryuu said..."You want to start learning now or later?"

"basics! great!" shadow repeated excitedly. "Lets start now." shadow was burstong with energy. She put grunny down and set her bow ans sword she always carried around her to the side. Grunny refuseing to leave shadows side sat next to her.

"First off, stances...The main one is front stance also called guard stance...You want your feet shoulder-width apart maybe a bit wider than that...If your stance is too narrow then you will be off balance...Put one leg in front and the other leg back...they'll be in a diagonal line...Keep your back straight, your hips in line with your shoulders...Your hands will be just under your eye level protecting your head...And last if your left leg is in front then your left hand will be further out and vice-versa..." Ryuu demonstrated as he told shadow what to do...
