Yes they sparkle but they are vampires and there's werewolves so paranormal it is lol! I like the movies... love the books... if you do to here's the place for your thoughts =)

I read the books (except I couldn't stand to finish the fourth one) and I watched the movies... I thought the books were pretty good (until the last one of course...) The movies weren't as good, but both were interesting enough to keep me occupied.
I think Meyer's idea was a good one, but she made a lot of mistakes when writing it. However, who am I to criticize her writing? I've never published anything...

I might finish it sometime if I get really bored. I just hated the whole idea of her having a kid and Jacob imprinting on her. It's just all too fairytale-ish. I mean, I know it's not realistic in the first place, because there's vampires and werewolves, but she could have at least made it as realistic as she could. In real life, things don't always turn out perfectly. Not everyone ends up partnered up. If I had written it, Jacob would have been alone forever. Sad? yes. Realistic? yes.

Comparing them with real vampires from folklore, they're technically sparkly teenagers with superpowers.
Man, I got bored in that algebra class.

Most my frnds were bumping with excitement as the Eclipse ws released, but I dnt see wats so great about Twilight saga. movies are rather boring. Only Jacob role is worth watching. biggrin
