Lieutenant General- (DaSesshomaru)
Major General- (Franchion1) Drake- Frost Alchemist
Brigadier General- Open
Colonel- Open
Lt. Colonel- Open
Major- Open
-------------------------------------------------------------------------{State Alchemists are Major and higher}
Captain- Open
First Lieutenant- Open
Second Lieutenant- Open (There can be two)
Sergeant- Open (There can be three)
Warrant Officer- Open
