I did absolutely nothing to celebrate Canada day this year, ha. It rained and was cloudy most of the time. I hope you guys had better weather!

I had to take care of a little kid
who set off fireworks on my street
and ended up with second degree burns
on his face. : o

For my Independence day, I got to watch the Rebel Alliance gain theirs. Spike showed the movies in order from I - VI, and I watched most of em. The other times, I was swimming in our grandparents pool.
Thats pretty irresponsible of his parents.

I went swimming with my cousin and her friend in Lake Waco, at about 8:30 the rich people that live on the opposite side of the lake did what they do every year, one up the Waco Brazos River Fireworks show. Got kinda awkward when my cousin started trying to hold my hand... eek

His mom was telling him not to play with fireworks,
but then watching him do it anyway,
and his dad was next to him lighting fireworks,
and telling him how to light the big ones. :/
I'm glad I was there,
'cause the dad didn't do a thing
when the kid got hit,
and I think the mom was getting more beer.

Azzy, I hope that the boy is alright. I'm glad that you were there, although it must have been horrible for you! Sometimes I can't believe how irresponsible people/parents can be! You hear so many news stories about how people get hurt because of fireworks, but most of the time it isn't because of the fireworks that cause the harm, it's because stupid people don't take the correct precautions in using them!

. ~An Amazing Quest for an Appealing Item~ Since Utah is so retarded and mormons can't do sh*t on Sundays, we ended up celebrating the 3rd and 5th of July instead of the 4th. I don't mind the extra day for fireworks, but it pissed me off that nobody did anything on the 4th. stare ~Click to help~ .
