As the sun crept over the trees and onto the glimmering water a fish silently swam through the cool waters suspecting nothing on thid mornig of serenity "Gotcha!" Fadetail swiped down and to the left hard and fast the fish had no time to react and soon Fadetail had his breakfast he padded back towards the camp "Gotta start patrols soon"

FadeTail walked along silently not saying a word his thoughts taking him over once again even now when he was alone with Bubblestream nothing could grip him away well almost nothing FadeTail listened to the sounds all around him the trickling waters of the small streams the wind howling through the trees and the soft pawsteps of the Shecat behind him.

Bubblestream followed Fadetail in silence. She wished he could see her the way she saw him. She thought Fadetail was a great cat. He was a great leader and a very loyal warrior. "So Fadetail is it hard being deputy?" Bubblestream asked trying to start a conversation.

FadeTail stopped "It depends on the situation" FadeTail did not turn to face her he kept his eyes forward "Times like these of peace where everything is alright and i can walk through this place with you without a doubt of our safety those times its easy" FadeTail then faced her "Yes is my simple answer yes and no" FadeTail said he then padded up to her slowly and brought his muzzle right by her ear"Moments like these are .." FadeTail closed his eyes and let thoughts and emotion run through him He then backed off and turned back around "We should hurry".

Bubblestream blushed. What had been going through Fadetail's head when he put his muzzle close to her ear. She shook the thought off and the red off her cheeks and followed the tom swiftly to the border. She sniffed the air. The scentline was stale. "It looks like Shadowclan hasn't been here yet," Bubblestream commented.

FadeTail "It would seem so" He mewed in agreement he paced the edge and rescented the borderline was he got up he had a few leaves in his pelt. "We can head back now" he mewed softly to her but he turned and walked the opposite way."You coming!?" He called to her from afar.

FadeTail laughed not even noticing "Its fine" He said as he stopped and looked around "I come here to think sometimes" The area was a small stream that was intersected into two but formed a circle around a large stone.FadeTail jumped onto it and lifted his head to the sunclosing his eyes he breathed in deep.Then got down and walked to Bubblestream "Show no one this place its special to me"

"I promise I won't. Thank you for showing such a special place to you for me," she said. Bubblestream couldn't help but think that maybe Fadetail was starting to get feelings for her.

FadeTail stared at her his eyes seeing through her somehow he could tell what she felt for him and how difficult it was for her to control it he knew "Do you know why it is so special to me?" he asked his voice so calm almost soothing.

Bubblestream was confused. What strength would the clan deputy need to do something? "Oh really and what is that?" Bubblestream asked her face beginnign to turn red.

"This" Fadetail moved to her and brushed his face to hers holding it there his snout was right by her ear again "I care about you Bubblestream" he mewed softly then began to nudge her gently wiht his face closing his eyes at the sensation of her pelt moving across his her scent covering him.
(Ok i waited long enough lol)
