Here's a list of the factions that are hiring.
S.T.A.R.S.: The Search Team and Rescue Services are RPD's finest.
B.S.A.A.: The Bio-Terrorism Security Assessment Alliance is a group that fights bio-terrorists around the world.
U.B.C.S.: The Umbrella Biohazard Countereasure Services clean up what Umbrella has left behind.
H.C.F.: A private military group managed by Wesker himself.
Tri-Cell: They resume the work that Umbrella dropped. Being another high powred pharmecudical Corporation.
Umbrella: Even after supposedly being "disbanded" the Umbrella Corporation stills works in the shadows.
