The OoC issue involving posting OoC in the IC thread is finally over.

In this thread, you will be posting all roleplay concerns here involving the guild. So say that someone is posting in the wrong time period, you're to post it here instead at the bottom of your post or just plain on OoC. This is a way to stop the OoCs from appearing in the IC thread. We would like for the guild to seem professional and OOCs at the bottom of the post does not look professional.

So here's how the whole thing works, and I'll make it go step by step:

1. If there is something that is bothering you in the guild and you are too lazy to pm the person that you are bothered with, you are to come right to this thread (located in the RoR subforum) and post your concern here.

2. To do that, and not cause confusion to who you are talking your concern to, I will post up a posting format heading in the next post so that your OoC concern is understandable to the people around you.

3. Lastly, because this isn't really like the forums, here is a way to show that you have posted in this thread without having the people you are roleplaying with get a little confused. After you have posted here your concern, you are to go to the thread you are roleplaying in, type up a post, and then at the bottom left hand corner of your post, you will put (()) brackets in size 8 font. Unless you want your OoC to go unnoticed here till a week later, I advise you to please put the brackets below your post. If you post only the brackets and not anything IC, I will dock five points from your house because that is just considered an OoC.

Understood. If not here is an example. I expect you to follow it or, well I am the one - as well as Mizu-no-Hime - who make sure rules are followed, serious consequences will be taken into affect. I am not doing this for my health, ladies and gentlemen. I thought up this idea to stop all this disgusting OoC in the IC threads. So I EXPECT, and yes I just put it in caps to show that I am serious, you ALL, yet another word in caps, to follow it. Comprende?

Okay good. Now here is the example:

Sample
text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here text goes here

(())

So when you see the (()) brackets in the bottom of any post, make sure to come right to this thread to see the concern. Because for sure that person has a good reason to put the symbol there. If not, well I'll make sure that person is docked points because this thread and the brackets are all business and any messing around or fooling around with it will make me, and maybe a few of the MODS, really ticked off.

If you have any questions about this whole new OoC system, please feel free to pm me and I'll make sure to get all of your confusion out of your mind.

Below is the posting format you WILL, there are the caps again, fill out when posting here. Also, I would like it if you all (but's it not manditory) posted in Shout post style. It just makes the posts look more pretty that way. If you post in this thread and not fill out the form, that's five points off from your house. And I am not afraid to dock points from my own house. I see you post here and not use the format I have posted below, I WILL, ooh caps again, deduct points.
Also, follow every part of the format. I have put below that I want you to post in your house color - meaning that Gryffindors post in red, Ravenclaws post in blue, Hufflepuffs post in orange (because yellow is really hard to read), and Slytherins post in green. Any other color, unless it's related to the color of your house will not be acceptable. I will not dock points, but I will warn you to post in your respected house color for the next time.

Concern: again, obvious.

So basically it's going to look like that (look above this sentence). I want it exactly like that - only put your house color, and make sure to backspace the stuff that isn't in bold when you copied and pasted in it. If I see: Date posted: obvious July 30, I'm just going to think you're either really thick in the head or really lazy, and I don't want to think either of those. So have some common sense people, backspace the words after the end codes and replace those words with what I have instructed you to put there. If you don't know what I mean with any part of the form, here's another sample. We'll just pretend I have posted it in Shout post style (again, not manditory, but it makes the posts look prettyful)

Sample post
Date posted: July 30
Roleplay thread: Subforum- Classrooms
Thread- Head of Hufflepuff Office
Person concern is targeted to: XxXxXxXx (I don't want to think of any usernames at the moment so let's pretend that the X's are a username)
Concern: posted the wrong time period, it's morning not afternoon.

Get it now, ladies and gentlemen? I hope so, because all this explaining can pretty much make my point of this thread loud and clear. If you still have any questions, feel free to pm me. I promise not to bite your head off, I don't believe in stupid questions, usually.

Note:: Remember, after you post your concern in this thread. Make sure to go to that same thread you saw reason for concern and post there for your character. After thinking up a post, put the (()) brackets in size 8 font at the bottom left hand side of your post.

Concern: The word that Viktorya uses (мудак) is Russian for "a*****e" and is pronounced "mudak." Just thought I'd clear that up for those who might've been wondering. ^_^
