On the outside, this building is a fairly expensive penthouse flat, probably furnished with many comfortable things. On the inside... while it is, the defining feature is how easy it is for anyone but Ezareh to get lost or trapped, since the architecture shifts bizarrely according to his will. Long service gets you this sort of sabbatical package when you're a demon. Also, it always seems to conveniently manifest whatever product or tool is needed for someone to fulfil Ezareh's will, be that a mop or a dog bowl or food or shackles or even a desktop computer with broadband. About the only constants are that when you get to them, the kitchen (a large, well-equipped, unremarkable place with a dining table), the master bedroom (with about twice the space needed for the king-size bed inside it), and the slave quarters (consisting of a thick carpet and a row of wooden posts, each one with a pair of handcuffs hanging from the top of it) are the same each time Ezareh wills them to be findable.
