This website actually has a catalog for English, French,German, and Italian. I own Die Nibelungen and Das öde Haus from the German catalog. The stories are simple enough for those with basics to read without looking up too many things in a dictionary. The books also have grammar exercises and other little helping bits that my German textbook didn't have.
