Bio: Serena was locked up most of her life her father used a more extreme version of the Kensington System and every time she tried to do something on her own she would be servery punished, but on her 9th birthday the day her mother came back from leaving the day after her birth, Serena's house burned down and the rest was to painful to remember so she blocked it out of her mind, but its starting to come back with painful headaches
Powers: can create and destroy objects, as well as control time but thats limited
Extra: she has an obsession with a key she always has around her neck, and covers her right eye because her father well destroyed it
