Ah divination,
Something that can help (along with ruin) relationships
I own one tarot deck, sadly it is the mini version and my mother often hides it from me for she things they are evil.
I myself have practiced tarot reading. palm reading, and dowsing
I have one friend who is a seer and had visions along with doing smoke, water, and mirror scrying.
Oh and Ouija Boards *shudder* horrible things, moving on.
SO easy enough to say I have seen the ups and downs of divinations.
What most of the scientific community refuses to see is that the future is not set in stone despite the fact of what most people love to believe. It is my belief that because of how volatile the future is, is what makes divination readings such a shaky thing to rely on.
But it is a really fun past time when there is nothing to do at a party or in band class when there is a free day and you forgot your IPod at home... again.
It is also a useful way to scare off unwanted rooming guests on a club competition trip (We had the whole room to ourselves it was great we didn't even mean to scare them away)

I use divination...because I have that psychic ability. Although I refuse to use it most of the time. I have only the faeries oracle deck by Brian Froud because I became comfortable with them. I do have pyschic powers and I can see into the future. Although it is the distant one. I never see good things, but that all depends on the pyschic. Divination can be helpful in more ways than one though. I practice it, but I do it carefully. You don't want to see the future I have seen-trust me.

Don't worry Katie I agree with Lunar 100% the future is always changing. Whatever future you have seen is only a possibility, we can still change it.

i see that in a sort of way that...well i dont believe in fate or destiny so in retrospect i shouldnt believe in divination but ive always been curious its wierd but not going to lie, ive always wanted to try it but im sure it woud freak my mom out XD lol

Fareru Don't worry Katie I agree with Lunar 100% the future is always changing. Whatever future you have seen is only a possibility, we can still change it. Well I know that, its one of the reasons why I don't really care for doing future readings. I just hope the future I did see doesn't become real because to be honest it frightens me deeply.

If most people actually put thought into before they did any divination the future should scare you in my opinion

Lunar-Heartbreak If most people actually put thought into before they did any divination the future should scare you in my opinion I know for sure that it scare me yah sometimes I wish I didn't see the bad things happen. I actually saw the death of my mom and sister before the died, but I had no idea of my powers, I wish I could go back and say something, but with the future constantly changing its hard to say what is real or not. That why divination can be tricky and scary at the same time.
