When someone does not advertised the Guild in their RP after posting an Advertising Topic, please send them a PM with this message.
Title: Guild Friendly Warning
Hello I'd like to thank you for using our Guild to advertise your/s friend's RP and using the guild as a useful tool.
Seeing how the Guild is new we won't be strict on this or give a real warning but only let you know that when advertising a RP in Literate SearchLight that we ask that you advertise the guild in return. Please check the Banner & Link Codes to copy and past the link code that is needed. Simply post it on the first page of the RP so it is easy to spot.
We don't have any banners as of now but we will shortly.
You have been given a friendly warning and if the Guild is not advertised in return the RP Advertising Topic will be removed. We simply ask that you return a simple favor as a fair trade.

Once you send them this PM with the title that is given above it, post here saying that you have sent a friendly warning to the user saying which Advertising Topic in which Forum.
Example:
"[Avi Name] was given a friendly warning for posting in [SubForum] for the RP [RP Name]"
If they were given a warning for a different reason, send them a PM with a friendly warning and announce why they were given the warning here.
