Welcome! Please post how you are losing your vision, when you were diagnosed and if there is any treatments open to you regarding your disease. If you had an injury, please state what happened and if there is any hope for improvement later.

If you are someone who knows someone, state how and any details that you feel like adding that relate to the situation.

Hi! I'm RinTheNinja or Rin. I started this guild after I couldn't find anythign that related to this specific set of topics.

I'm twenty four years old and was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa on 09/11/09. It is a genetic disease that is slowly destroying my rods and cones in my retina. I currently have between 20-30% left in my side vision and two giant scotomas in both eyes. Currently there is no cure or treatment, though there is plenty in the works right now.
