Now that it has the platinum hits with a couple downloadable content, I was considering dropping the 20 bucks on it, but I have heard some mixed things, do any of you have experience with the game or own it?

It is fantastic, fair story and some pretty interesting combat systems meeting some simple puzzles and good graphics, plus the dlc are all fairly entertaining as well. Honestly, though, I'd just wait a couple months and get Fable 3 when it releases in November. After watching the dev videos and seeing the new weapons/skill systems, along with the updated physics engine for actually touching people and things, it looks to be a much, much better investment.

I feel like I might be missing out on some stuff in fable 3 though. Of course I never played the first fable though. Besides, I don't usually drop 60 bucks on a game, I usually wait for it to drop to 40 or 20 and then buy, so I wouldn't be getting fable 3 when it first comes out anyway.
