Squad Nine: Internal Affairs
As self-explanatory as the name is, there will inevitably be questions about what this squad actually does. In a nutshell, the members of Squad Nine monitor the movements and activities of their fellow Shinigami and all visitors to the Soul Society. This includes recording all orders to, and known abilities of, the same people.
