as of today my right hand and my forearm is in a cast due to being smacked in the hand whilst playing football, the darn ball flew straight toward the goal and as goalie i had to stop it, i didn't do a Robert green though, luckily the ball didn't go in, but in the process of stopping it my hand bent backwards and i broke the scaphoid bone in my hand,the only good bit was after waiting two days to get it checked i was doped up to my eyeballs on painkillers, which in the end had little effect on the pain.
So anyone else had any unfortunate things happen due to sports/exercise?

I've not broken anything yet *touch wood* Although I've possibly hairline fractured both bones in my lower arms when I fell over in year 7 (A few years ago) - Still hurts from time to time sweatdrop

ninja What a great topic.. though I am quite wild, I'm also very very odd in the fact that I haven't ever broken anything though, Sprung both legs almost tripping in pop holes and the such, as well as being hit by cars once when I was a youngen about 8 or 9 I think, and again when I use to work at a gokart place.. hahaha
I also do martial arts, so many different styles and levels as well as fought with many good and some just sucky fighters.. haha yet never once broke anything.. hahaha
