This is the Ranking System, it will show the level of power which each character is currently at and where he or she will go next. Each Race has a Rank that correspond in equality to the other Race. Ex. Head Captain=Bounto Leader.
Rules: Count the Numbers, there should be about 6 in each. So in order from top to bottom is strongest to weakest.
-The things listed below are how you obtain certain things among the rankings. So, you are unable to obtain bankai until you are captain level. Same goes for the bankai equivalents in the other races. As for hollows their ressurecion state will be the bankai equivalent do to them as strong as a shinigami in unreleased form.
-You cannot auto rank up unless told to do so.
-The trials for your rank up vary from race to race.
-When learning techniques, you will not be able to learn everything at an early rank, so it is important that you pay attention.
-The rank that is above yours is stronger than you are unless boost are involved, or the ability to roleplay better. This means that a an unboosted forth seat WILL NOT! be stronger than a captain.
