i made 2 challages to help get captains for soul reaper and arrancar squads.
we need leaders for human army, mod-soul army, shiba gang, urahara shop, blank army and the hollow army.
any ideas?

Hmm.....first, separate active people from inactive people.
Only active people can get higher ranks.
Ban inactive people that haven't posted yet.
Then, we can choose from these active people. Ask if they wish to become captain or something...but the most active people (more posts), we ask first.
[The posts must be good posts....not something crappy.]

true, but we need teh other squads open, wat we could do is make and invite other account we has and make them lead captainless squads
