Figured it'd be nice to have a thread to talk about this and what we're gonna do.
I've already got Clara's whole profile and post layout done. So she's ready to go. We decided to RP in the underground? I think that would be best really. Since this is gonna be a deep story, I figured better to focus all our attention on it instead of worrying about all the RP Basics stuff with catching Pokemon and battling trainers/gym leaders... Especially since a lot of that stuff is what takes away from the fun of the RP and is the leading cause of inactivity in this guild hehe.
So yeah, that being said...we don't have to be journeying across Johto then. We can pick another place. And since we aren't worrying about posting in the region forums, we can stay in one town or place for long periods of time and stuff.
What do you think of all that?
Also, I know my profile is done and everything, but I actually still haven't come up with a full history for Clara. Do you think we should do that and write it down here for both our characters, or should we just think of something and keep it a secret...letting it come out as the story progresses?

That's good. :'D I will use some of the RP basics stuff, but not nearly as much as I do for actual characters. Like levels and stuff. >.> I don't know why I can't stand not having levels. I won't track EXP though hehe.
So I do like the Underground thing. And we shouldn't RP in Kanto or Johto, but I really have no preference where.
As for the history we should just let the history go as our characters talk about it... because for one it will probably be more... special~ xD plus I don't want to write one right now.

Lol ok
I don't really want to RP in Johto or Kanto either. How about Hoenn? My character is from Mauville (I figured it would be befitting with the "clean" air and whatnot).

I thought Verndanturf was supposed to be the city with the "clean" air. xD That's why Wally moved there.
I haven't played Emerald in forever lol. I just never really liked the Pokemon in that region. >.> Well, whatever you want is fine.

Oops...right. It's like right next to Mauville though, right? Same diff haha sweatdrop You can tell I haven't played in a long time as well. I didn't even bother to look it up. Better go make some changes...
But we could do Sinnoh, too...or, what's left?

Nothing lol.. Unless you want to RP the... umm...IRIA region yup, I remembered lol but I don't really know that too well.
Wherever you want to roleplay, I'm fine with. I'll just deal with whatever Pokemon are there....
What did I put as my hometown again? -goes to check-

That doesn't really have a relevance to what region we're RPing in, right?

No not really. I was just thinking Hoenn since they were talking about it in the Thread and its been a while since I've done anything with Hoenn. I was thinking we could mix things up a little by doing it since its been so long

I think it would be nice too. Maybe Alice could meet Clara there and is the reason she decides going off on a Pokemon journey would be nice...? Just throwing it out there, idk...

Urrr Alice could be visiting her... aunt or something in Verndanturf and see Clara in the contest hall or something. Because Alice wants to be a contest... person, that would be a place she would probably go.

Yeah, and Clara probably frequents contests to see all the Pokemon and visiting trainers/coordinators. It's probably the only thing to do in Verdanturf anyway.
