My best friend since fourth grade suddenly doesn't want to be my friend. I sent her a text asking for and answer and she said that in 10th grade she had a crush on me and hoped I would notice. She said that two of our (then) friends noticed, but I didn't and it caused her emotional stress and she said the she's better off not being my friend. I never thought of her that way. She was such a good friend I thought of her as a sister. I'm an only child so my closest friends are my family. She knows how clueless I can be, too! I don't know how she expected me to notice something like that. I had no idea until she told me. I didn't really figure out that I'm bi until late in the school year and she was dating another girl half way through the school year. The thought of not having her as a friend tears me apart. I just don't know what to do...
