I think he just had music, that he wanted to put out, that he just couldn't with The Killers. And listening to the album you can definitely tell it's his album and something he had to do on his own.

I'm happy The Killers will be working on a new album though, I'm missing them terribly.


On a side note - Brandon in the Crossfire music video, oh. my. lord. When he starts to smile and I was like giggling and could barely contain myself.
