I placed a message under all of my tanks politely asking people to not post comments. Well... that seems to not be a very good idea! I got more comments than ever before. And one gal is going around leaving the message under a lot of Aquariiums that "comments don't cause tanks to lag if you put the aquarium quality setting on "low". Not only do I have my aquarium set on low quality, but when I play BG I play with the setting on low and the tank size on small and still see that it takes a tank longer to load if there are several pages of comments.
So I've removed the message about not commenting and just left it blank. Haven't been getting even half the comments I got when the message was there, and when I do get comments I simply delete them.
I guess it's reverse psychology: Ask some people not to do something and you can be sure they'll do it, so if you don't ask them to not do it they won't do it as often! rofl
