The first thing Mon sees is huge, blood-red chibi dragon eyes staring at him. The dragon sniffs him again, standing on his chest.

It sits down next to his feet and nuzzles his leg. His village is perfectly in tact, and everyone is settling down for much-needed rest.

It looks up at Mon with a chibi-dragon smile. One of its eyes is different than the other. Its black and more human-looking.
