You take your first steps off the train into Faux City. It seems hectic compared to the train ride, the occasion you looked out the window you saw nothing but fields. After completing your quest and becoming a Pokemon champion, you received an invitation to a champion-only region, economically and politically run by the Pokemon League. The air is clean, the skies are blue, and the sun shins bright, reflecting against the windows of various skyscrapers. You see a nearby Pokemon Center, and decide to walk in and ask around.
When you open the door, your presently greeted by a charming young nurse with blue hair and glasses. She introduces herself as Nurse Rose, the most experienced Nurse in the center. She also went on to tell you she's from Lilycove city, and she has four older brothers who are twins. You ask her about the town, and she tells you that every person here is an experienced Pokemon champion from faraway regions. She tells you about the economy system, most notably you remember that things aren't taxed and under priced. you smile and say its perfect, but she informs you otherwise.
She tells you of a mysterious evil group that rob banks, blow up buildings, extort shops and even kill people, all using their Pokemon. She tells you to watch yourself because some of the people in the city are underground agents of this evil group. She then goes on to tell you not to worry too much, as their police are up and about making sure the city stays safe. To reassure you not to worry, she then tells you about a Mercenary hired by the Pokemon League to investigate the evil group. She giggles and says if you see a guy with a Katana, you'll know who it is.
You take a seat at a table, trying to decide weather to keep the only Pokemon you brought with you in it's pokeball, or let it walk beside you.

So, essentially as the story progresses, you will fight badguys alongside your pokemon. You start with one Pokemon of your choice (ANY except legendaries) and as you go along, you can unlock badges. Some badges let you import another Pokemon of your choosing, others will allow you to do special stuff. ( Like certain badges will earn you Crew status, and others give you perks. Some badges will even give you a legendary.)
Your Pokemon start off at level 100 (Because your already a champion) and depending on how many missions you do, you can grow levels. Oh yea, there's missions. If you've ever been in a Naruto guild, missions are assorted into rank. Harder missions give you more levels up. There's no level cap, so the people who have been in the guild the longest will have Pokemon around level 10,000.
Levels are pretty much for bragging rites, but certain missions will require a higher level. Your levels also throws you into a rank.
When you start off and you choose your Pokemon, You can pick any that isn't legendary. You also don't have a four move limit, your Pokemon can know upto fifty moves, and depending on which one it is, can learn moves it wouldn't in the videogame. Badges mention earlier can also grant special effects, like immunity to certain moves.
Fighting follows the runes of t1, and due to being a fighting guild with you fighting alongside your pokes, you can each perform 3 actions. If you chose to fight with just a Pokemon or by yourself, you can get six actions.
When and if you lose a battle, your Pokemon will not die, no matter how many times its hit with a weapon. Your character won't die either, they'll just be knocked out cold. There are no items in this guild, only badges.
If you want your character to use Pokemon attacks, you have to forfeit a weapon. Once you have done so, you may use a single pokemon element of your choice, and choose 25 moves of that type. Pokemon Move lists will be posted. (I'll try to get at least 100 for each element.)
