"Let all that I am praise the Lord;" All that you are, your heart and soul and mind, praise the Lord, no matter what. He deserves our praise, for all what He has done for us.
"may I never forget the good things He does for me." Never EVER forget what the Lord has done just for you. You may not realize it, but He has taken care of us for the longest time, before we were even born.
"He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases." Through the good and the bad, the Lord will never turn His back on us, no matter what we feel, what we have done. But He will hold us in His arms and care for us. He forgives our sins, no matter how horrible, and heals all the pain we have, in His own good time.
---We should praise Him for all the wonderful things He has done for us, and may we never forget what He has done. As our Heavenly Father, He has the power, and with that power He has saved us from so many pains and sufferings. Even though we all go through very rough times, He is always there to comfort us. <3
