Lightningstep started to lead the way through the forest. "Would you like to hunt, and then go battle training?" She asked not looking back at the apprentice. She always wanted an apprentice. She was getting older now, and she thought it wasn't quite fair that she hadn't had one yet.

Heathercall scented the air...the only scent she scented was prey and a stale scent of one of her packmates. she sighed and kept on going. around the territory....

Lightningstep sighed. Not the type of apprentice I would like to train. She thought as she sniffed the air. "What do you smell?" She asked him.

"Deer, elk and the faint scent of a mountain lion." Brokenpaw answered after he sniffed at the air a few times just to make sure he was correct.
