  Some people believe it exists, some think it is just a myth and other have no clue at all. What they all don't know is what the Dollhouse is really all about. Many people who think it is real believe that the Dollhouse is a secret organisation that brainwashes people into doing whatever a buyer wants. They believe that these brainwashed people are being abused and are held in the Dollhouse against their own will. There are people who want to bring the dollhouse down without even knowing that what they think about it is even true.
Most of them think very wrongly. The Dollhouse is an underground (literally) facility and does not brainwash people they wipe their minds clean and program them with a special software that ables the Dollhouse's technicians/programmers/nerds to program any kind of personality in a wiped human. These humans with no memories of who they are, are called Doll's. When wiped they are in some kind of innocent childlike stage. They can easily be hurt and when pulled out of their usual environment they tend to freak out.
The Doll's aren't held captive, each one of them has a contract with the Dollhouse, stating that they are willing to give up a few years of their life just so that at the end of those years some very painfull memories will have magically disappeared and a lot of money appears in their bankaccounts. These people are the most sad, depressed, emotionally or fysicly hurt and troubled people and they just want someone to help them get over their problems and who will give them a second chance after five years. Ofcourse every single one of them is goodlooking. We wouldn't want any ugly Dolls going out on engagements do we?
What are engagements? Vey, very rich people can afford to hire a Doll and have them imprinted with whomever they want the Doll to be. Going from a dead relative to someone completely new who is programmed to fall in love with you. The dates the buyer and the Doll go on are called engagements and the dates can seriously differ. From a normal date to weekends or some sort of fantasy the buyer has had. After every engagement the Doll's handler (every Doll has one. Everything seems fine at the Dollhouse. the actives are happily walking around the house doing craftswork or going for a swim in the indoor pool. Actives are being sent out on engagements just like always and when they come back they get wiped. Everything seems to be going well but things aren't all well. People have grown more suspicious to the Dollhouse and some want to try and find it. This is just one problem. Another one is that an ex Dollhouse worker is holding a grudge against the dollhouse and they want don't want to bring the Dollhouse down persé, they just want their number one Dolls to suffer and Kill them or at least make sure they end up having some very visible scars. How will the Dollhouse handle these problems? Will they convince the non-believers that the dollhouse isn't that bad, will they find a way to stop the villain in this story and send them up to the 'attic' (=mysterious place where 'defective' dolls are held in some sort of a coma and are being used as some sort of human computers. Nobody ever comes back from the attic)? Will the Dollhouse stand or will it fall?

 1.. I am the ruler of the roleplay, what I say goes
2.. This is supposed to a semi-lit. to lit. RP so no *text* and no one liners. Even if you have writer's block you can still write more than one line!
3.. Romance and fighting are encouraged but don't overdo it
4.. Swearing is allowed but not every other word
5.. Your post doesn't have to be an art piece just make sure you include a picture of your character. Oh yeah I want real people, I don't care if they're famous ^^
6.. Do not godmode or kill another person's character without their and mine permission
7.. Profiles must be sent by PM with the title 'Welcome to the Dollhouse'
8.. You can have more than one character but please no more than three
9.. Be dedicated to the roleplay and have fun ^^
10.. Do not break my rules, they're not hard to follow! If you do break one you will get a warning.   Leader of the Dollhouse: He/She manages everything. They make sure the engagements will not seriously harm the Dolls, they make sure that a buyer is trustworthy and will not attempt to harm the Doll. They run the house and make sure everything goes smoothly. they also recruit new Dolls and make sure that Doll's who's time is over get whatever they need to pick up their life where they left it five years ago.
(1 leader + 1 head of security/advisor)
Actives or Dolls: Young people between the age of 20-35ish who have been wiped clean and are living at the dollhouse. before getting wiped they signed a contract saying that they did thiso ut of their own free will. Doll's can be hired to go on an engagement. (people on the outisde thinking they know the Dollhouse call the 'brainwashed' people Dolls, people who work at the Dollhouse call them Actives.). Once imprinted the Doll becomes that person and really feelt the emotions imprinted in her. They can even tell you every detail of their life and they really think they are real, they are not just pretending, they are the imprint.
(I want 6 Dolls max.)
Handlers: They are the ones who get assigned to one doll; During the wiping process they have to go through a procedure in which the Doll is programmed to trust her handler with his/her life. they make sure the Doll doesn't get harmed on an engagement and they have to get the Dolls back to the house in one piece after the engagement for their treatment (treatment=wipe)
(Also a max. of 6 people)
Technicians/programmers: Basicly the nerds of the group. they know a lot about technology and the human brain (durrr, obviousness). they are the ones who create the imprints (the personalities the Dolls get imprinted with.) and make sure there are no flaws in the programs or imprints. They also make sure that a wipe is done properly. other than that they try to create easier ways to imprint the Dolls and to wipe them.
(1 head programmer + 1 or 2 assistants)
Medical staff: They are there to make sure that the Dolls did not get harmed during an engagement. All Dolls need a check-up frequently.
(1 doctor)
The angry outsider:He/she is not really angry but this person believes that the Dollhouse is evil and that they are holding people against their will. He/She wants to find out what the Dollhouse exactly is, where it is located and how he/she can bring it down and safe all those people.

Others: Can be anyone really. You can be either someone who knows haw to contact the Dollhouse and does so to arrange an engagement or you can be just a normal person who will take the 'angry outiser's side just to see if this dollhouse if for real. You can even be a Doll is disguise, a spy put near the angry outsider just to figure out what he/she is up to. This doll will probably be programmed as the perfect partner or at least someone really likable for the angry outsider. (pm me if you want to be a doll is disguise!!)

Our villain: This person used to be a Doll or used to work at the Dollhouse (your pick) and is very displeased about something. So displeased that his sole purpose in life is to terrorize the Dollhouse and kill or just damage (as in scars, Dolls are worthless when they don't look good) the House's most asked Dolls. Will the Dollhouse find a way to stop this crazy person?

  The Dollhouse literally is an underground facility with everything needed. They have numerous bedrooms for the Dolls, the beds look like little pods and they close automatically when Someone lays in it. To assure a goodnights rest a mild sleepinggas is released. This gas also makes sure that the Doll has a dreamless sleep.
The Dollhouse is a very large place with not only bedroom but also a place to exercise, a place to just walk around, numerous comfy couches, an eating area with small tabled that seat three people max. There's also an indoor swimmingpool, a massage area and a large shower room. There is one huge shower and both males and females have to share it but since Dolls don't know what sex is this doesn't create awkward moments.
Beside facilities for the dolls there's also the main office, that is actually located above ground. There are the rooms for the handlers, who when not on duty can actually go home. Ofcourse there's the lad and the imprint room with the chair and all the imprints located in it. The doktor has his own office aswell

-After every engagement and when the Doll is being difficult the handler will use the 'Do you trust me?' line. When the Doll is not being ard to handle the handler will just ask is the Doll would like a 'treatment' (aka a wipe). Doll's are programmed to like 'treatments' so they will always say yes.
