Then we would probably go mentally insane because people who need music wouldn't know how to make music because there is no more music. basically there would be no more sound because anything could be music to someone ears from the thunder and lightning to just the crickets chirping.

well then if you are already mentally insane and there was no longer music they would probably try to dig out there ear so they can hear it again but if they were in straight jackets they would run into every wall until they turned into a gumdrop thats my theory ^_^ so take that randomness girl
