Diglett has this nifty little ability that prevents wild pokemon from fleeing.
And it works on Entei and Raikou.
I had NO idea.
Just a neat little tidbit I thought I'd share for anyone still trying to catch them. xD

Zubat's mean look ability keeps them from running too, but you've got to get the attack in before they bolt. xd
So I guess abilities are better if you've got them. But you'd have to fight the legendary with that pokemon, right? If you use mean look, then you can swap zubat out.

Well, the nice thing about Diglett vs. Raikou is that none of Raikou's thunder-based attacks will affect Diglett. xD
I just use him to keep the pokemon in battle while I wail on it with Pokeballs.
