Konichiwa, Shiteru and what not.
HIA lost it's shine. We need it back. But that's not easy.
I know nowadays everyone is making a school guild, but I believe we can suceed if we try. It just make me feel unsucessful if I know people aren't enjoying HIA like I had hoped for. I just need ideas, inspiration.
I'm trying as hard as I possibly can. It's hard for one individual. I know I'm different but I can't change this guild without your help.
If this guild fails, It's going down.

i don't really know but it definitely needs something more i think one of the problems is that when you are in a conversation with someone they just get offline without telling you so you are left waiting for them to respond before you can continue roleplaying but i don't know how we could solve that sorry

I just need to know HOW to make everything more exciting, that's your guys' job really, you're the ones who are supposed to make exciting situations amongst yourselves.

I can't create every sistuation for you. It's like a mother holding your hand and guiding you through life until she's dead and your left in the world like a stray puppy. I'm not the only one who needs to help the guild, so please? If you participate, tell your friends, and have fun here I'm sure you guys will feel like you are making a well enough difference for HIA. We need more people and we need more ideas.

I sort of wondered how AHS got all those members, and was so active, but I can't think of anything..
I mean, for some reason more people aren't coming. That's one problem.
Maybe we need to make it more dramatic? *sigh* I'd really hate to take this away.
Some of the members don't even use the guild.
Do you have a list of inactive people?
That might help, I could do it if you want..

I wlready have the list of inactive people in the topic listied in the main forum. They have until the end of this month to post 10-15 times throughout the guild or they will be removed or banned from the guild. But, Kate, If you wish to be one of my right hands I would love to see your application, (:
Guys i really appreciate you all particitapting and please tell as many friends as you can we need to make HIA a roleplaying legend! Along with Hakanara Academy, so please help out.
