Jetblack walked along a deer path he walked often. he lifted his nose and smelled the air for prey. he smelled the faint scent of a deer, probably gone by now and far to hard for one wolf to take down alone. he followed it anyway, not thinking he would find anything, just for something to do. the scent grew stronger and stronger. it wound between trees and through meadows. he finally spotted the patch of brown fur and decided to at least try a little bit. it was a doe. she was by herself, but the male was probably not far behind. make this quick... he thought. he circled the small clearing she was in and came from behind her. he waited until she bent her head down to eat before he went in and raked his claws down her side and retreated fast. once she took off running he followed her. he got close enough to jump onto her and when he was about to try, she kicked him on the side of the head. he stopped and decided to go back to camp, not wanting to get in worse trouble with the animal.

Deathshadow watched Jetblack threw the trees and let out a snort. What a weak Beta! he thought bitterly. Deciding to make himself look good he fallowed after the deer as quick as he could.

Shadeclaw moaned as he slowl got up out of his twig bedding and streched. he hated mornings. He walked outside and sat in a shade spot and groomed himself free of the twigs in his fur left behind by the bedding.

Deathshadow dropped the doe onto the pile of other dead animals then made his way towards the healer's den to get his wounds checked out. Stupid buck. he thougth bittterly.

Shallowmoon exited his, and Leafmoons den, and saw her pasing. He stopped her and pressed close to her. "What's wrong?" He asked his mate.
Demonshadow padded out of his den, and licked his lips. His red eyes blazing, and the scar above his left eye made him look very evil. He grunted at the sight of his brother, and that excuse for a she-wolf. Pathetic just pathetic. He thinks he's so cool, I can't wait to show him who's cool around here. He thought as he growled.

Deathshadow scoffed as he watched Shallowmoon and Leafmoon being alll lovey dovey. Who needed it? Rolling his eyes he sat by the healer's den to wait.

After Shadeclaw finished grooming himself he glanced up to see Shallowmoon and Leafmoon being their happy go lucky selves. Shadeclaw let out a low growled as he found himself walking towards the two. "Go be Lovey Dovey some where else!," he snapped as his neck fur bristled.

Deathshadow heard Shadeclaw and chuckled agreeing with the wolf. Though he could get himself killed acting that way.

Shallowmoon rolled his eyes. "Why don't you go act stupid in a two-leg nest!" he snapped, and strayed away from Leafmoon to stare Shadeclaw down.
Demonshadow rolled his eyes, and padded over to Deathshadow. He nodded his head, and watched his brother, red eyes glowing. "Pathetic." He barked so only Deathshadow could hear. Sure Deathshadow knew they were brothers but what he didn't know was Demonshadow hated him.

"Aren't they always?" Deathshadow said quietly not really caring he was talking about the Alpha's to Demonshadow. Even though he knew Demonshadow was Shallowmoon's brother.

"Make me, You worthless peice of deer-dung!" Shadeclaw spat as he stared at Shallowmoon with anger blazing in his eyes. He couldn't help but crack a smile.
