Rules and regulations for the guild and games

1. Conduct yourselves in a civilized and respectfull manner.
you know the saying do unto others.
we are here to play games, have fun, and hang out.
so dont flame, harass, belittle, verbaly abuse, or any other kind of abuse your fellow guild mates.
...i suppose belittle can be droped during games when it comes to party interaction but remember dont be overly harsh or truely atempt to hurt your fellow players with what you say.

2. ITS JUST A GAME!!
when playing in a campaign dont take it to seriously.
i know how it is when you get attached to a character after playig it for a long time and it dies and its not comeing back, or the party's theif is jacking all the good items before you or the rest of the party can get to them. IT SUCKS!! but that isnt an excuse for acting like a brat. OK?

more rules to come as i and the captains get them thought out

I would advise creating a rule specifically to stop that theif from jacking all the good items.

in my experiance the rogue stealing the loot tends to actualy get fun when they get caught....or the dm creates things to curb such behavour.

its hard to make a rule against it since thats what their skill set is for and anyone who gets excited about playing a rogue will likely use those skills against the party. the game is set up for that to happen as well as for people to counter it.

but i do agree that in a novice game you may want to make a rule against it. though i dont know exactly how aside from xp penalties or deirect in game retribution...but that hurts the game. aside from saying hey dont steal from your comrads theres not much you can do

Meh, you just do what it tells you in the players handbook and share the loot evenly at the end of the adventure. If the PCs are stealing from each other and using their skills against each other, theres something wrong with the campaign.

Rogues can unlock chests and find treasure, but without the help of the fighters, they wouldnt have got to the chest alive. Unless the rogue wants to get an axe in the head, the DM shouldnt have to step in.
