So, this may be a stupid question, but where do the zerg larvae come from? I know the rest. All the larval transmutations, but is there some specific unit for breeding that is never mentioned? Or does the hatchery itself produce them?

as far as i can telll they spawn from the hatchery without any help

the hatchery does it itself, basically it combines dna and embryos together and form larva..lol so yeah
