it seems like the captain and vice are absent in this guild or we never seem to hear from them.
wonder whats going on? does anyone in the guild know anything?

Maybe they just are not active on gaia? This is why we really need a change of personnel.

We've been hoping for a the captain to be active for a while now...

I have noticed too. This doesn't set a good example at all, beings that they were the ones who decided to create this Guild.

I've seriously considered leaving and creating another Spanish learning guild with my GF, that's more organized/efficient and offers more to it's members. It may take quite a bit of work to build it, but I believe it'd be worth it. I wonder if I'd be seen as some sort of "traitor" though; who knows.
How does everyone else feel about creating a new guild if our leaders continue to remain on hiatus?

I thought about doing that too, but now that I have a position I am going to try my best to salvage this guild...

Yeah if anyone wants to start a new, active guild..I would be interesting in helping out (managing, populating, etc)
