Story
Everything was fine in the soul society until one day a dimensional hole opens over the sereitei and a giant meteor made purely of solid spiritual energy came through crashing somewhere a short distance from the west rukon district causing only minimal damage. Only a short time after the impact strange spiritual monsters, different from hollow, start to appears all over the soul society and the problem only grow worse as hollow start to appear in the soul society sensing the energy coming from the meteor crash site.

Jushiro was training with his squad when suddenly a large distortion appears in the sky above the sereitei and a large meteor suddenly appears from the distortion and crashes down somewhere a short distance from west rukon causing a massive earthquake upon impact, after the quake Jushiro pushes some rubble that had fallen on him off and starts to check on his squad.

Eidorian grins as he passes through a senkai gate into Soul Society only to see the chaos and suffering going on. "Wow...You guys let yourselves go..." Eidorian laughs as he quickly finds a group of Shinigami and helps them wipe out a platoon of hollow. "Well, let's see how things go on from here!"

((I've been setting up a different character thread for each RP, I'll see about setting up a universal Character thread))
Jushiro pulls several of his men from the rubble, when everyone was accounted for he looks around, "what was that, the shockwaves it caused have left the sereitei in ruins, I can't even imagine what damage was caused to the surrounding districts" Jushiro thought.

aikenka signing papers in her office when she feel the ground tremor. she rises quickly and rushes outside she barely escapes the building and falls down into the dirt. "ngh...what the hell was that" rises slowly dusts herself off

Jushiro looks around at his squad, "listen up, spread out in pairs and look for survivors, take the injured to squad 4, I'm going to investigate where that thing fell". After Jushiro finishes giving out orders his disappears with shunpo.

aikenka sighs heavily. suddenly her squad came running toward her in a panic. "captain are you alright"
"yes fine" looking at building and thinking how lucky they were to be training out today.
"what just happened"
"Im not sure but prepare for combat, Im going to find out whats going on"
"yes captain"

As squad 13 searches for survivors Jushiro quickly heads for the crashsite, "Whats this!!!!!" Jushiro thinks as he nears the crater.

aikenka running toward the gate watching all the disaster around her. she felt a touch of nausea. Even though she witnessed this often she hated seeing the ones she cared about hurt. she nodded to jidanbo as she passed through the gate and rushed towards the crash sight. she gasped as she took in her first sight of the crater. "Oh...oh My God" surprisingly no one was there except for a curiouse captain ukitake across the he apprently hadn't seen her yet as he continued to examine the crater

Jushiro sensed Aikenka aproaching, "Aikenka, stay back, it's danger---" Ukitake is cut off as he is suddenly deeply wounded by something unseen, he manages to use shunpo and appears next to Aikenka before collapsing, as his vision started go blurry he saw as a creature appears next to the crater followed by many more creatures, "run Aikenka, warn everyone of the danger" Ukitake struggles to say before losing consciousness.

"OH MY GOD UKITAKE!" aikenka screamed as the wounded captain fell before her. she looked on in terror at th monsters before her. Steps towards ukitake quickly and bends down to pick him up. props him up on her back sheathes her blade takes off running. suddenly feel overwhelming spiritual pressure and stumbles but gets back up and runs feels a sharp stabbing pain in her abdomen but she dosn't dare stop running.

Aikenka collapses under the weight of ukitake and her injuries a bystander rushed to the captains aid
aikenka is holding her side and the bystander calls to some others to rush her and ukitake to the fourth company.
aikenka is muttering "run...tell them" to herself she is poisoned though and cannot make the words come out right "chase...thing"
"s-sorry ukitake"she is carried off swiftly as well as her fellow captain who was still out cold
bystander is shocked "I wonder what was so horrible it could shake up captain rank soul reapers"
