A regular walk in style office adorned Office clearly kept neat, with a great sun view that looks out across the rest of Soul Society. This office is complete welcoming, and unsuspected of incoming threats, each area is booby trapped with certain types of Ninja weapons, audio and video hidden cameras along with three different escape routes, only know to the captain.

Noah turned around in the chair his short hair some what ruffled across his face, as he rested both of his arms atop of his desk letting out a brief sigh. He pondered to himself what exactly could be the reason for such a disturbance. Well it did not seem to be much of a reason to destroy a bridge, he figured that perhaps if his squad was needed he would be notified of the situation immediately, otherwise he would continue observing the progression of his Lieutenant.

"I see, well perhaps it's time we get down to discussion of your training."

He said with a some what displeased look upon his face, being the squad 2 stealth division allowed for him to be a keen observer of rumors, and other sorts of information that pooled across soul society. He did not tolerate some of the latest rumor that had come up during his usual travels across to the maggots nest.

"From now, You shall be in charge of guarding the inmates within the maggots nest, any problems should, and shall be taken care of you immediately, also I would like to know why have you not established a suitable location for your own living quarters, I can only hope that you are still not sharing a bunker with the rest of the squad 2 shinigami."

Noah took in a breath, relaxing some what, as his hazel brown eyes looked up towards the Lieutenant, he stood up out of his chair, walking over towards her standing at his full length of 6"4. He handed her the map to the maggots nest which he expected her to memorize by tomorrow morning, and be able to move through without fail.

"Two rules of the maggots nest, 1) No Zanpakuto's are allowed within the maggots nest. That means you will have to learn how to properly defend yourself using your own hands, and feet. 2) No one leaves the maggot nest unless they are patrolling the compound. "

Noah opened the door from his office exiting out into the squad two hall way.

"Once you have finished memorizing the layout of the map, report to the training field for a special training session."

Noah took a step forward towards the girl, a slight smile across his face as he looked her straight in the eyes, his Naginata standing at 7 feet, rested on his back in a right tilted back mount, the weapon itself appeared to weigh an extreme amount, but Noah carried it as if it were light as a feather. He often carried his weapon with him no matter where he went, in fear of a near by attack would result, he would not be the one to be left unarmed in a fight.

Noah patted his Lieutenant on the shoulder, slowly guiding her to the door before, guiding her out with a slight shove, He knew it seemed some what harsh, but he needed to give her that slight push in order for her to go out and attempt to make a name for herself. That, and if she ever hoped to gain any respect from the rest of he people that talked about her in soul society, she would need to begin to train the younger girl.

Noah leaned against a near by wall, his zanpakuto swayed lightly on his back, not moving, as he walked back and forth upon the solid polished oak wood floor. Noah began gathering his things as he moved off towards the training arena he had a few things that needed to be set up ahead of schedule in order to secure his subordinates determination. He planned on seeing her resolve for himself with his very own eyes.

"Perhaps you would like to try again, when you actually found some information, this mission was a test to see how credible you were as a Lieutenant, at this time Their is no known way to locate the kitsunes hide out, unless of course you are able to figure out a way to go and lure out the kitsunes yourself this mission will be a fail."

Noah said arching his eyebrows at small black and purple butterfly that entered his office, he raised his hand cupping the majestic creature in the palm of his hands. Suddenly he took several steps towards his office entrance.

"it would seem that their is a captain meeting, I must go attend to, when I return we shall continue our small conversation."

Noah said before he shunpo out of the office, disappearing without a trace.
