This is where anyone can come to improve their RP threw practice.
The only rules would be to help out and encourage your fellow members.
Feel free to start a new story line whenever the old one dies out.

The summer sun shone down threw the branches above, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor. Birds sang in the trees above as a rusty fox raised his head from beneath the bushes, listening. Vanishing in a flash of fur as the sound of hoof beats disturbed the morning quiet. There dark hooves splashed into the water of a small stream. Dipping it's head the gray mare began to drink the cool mountain water.

Dawson entered the forest with sword by his side and thought "I wonder if I can find something to do or someone to do something with." He then proceeds to yell out "Is anyone out there?" He then keeps walking as he listens to the wild life and awaits a response from someone.

The mare raised her head from the water and shook her main as the shout echoed threw the trees. "Easy girl." The rider whispered, calming the startled horse. "Why don't we find out just who that was." Sitting strate on the saddle pad the young woman blew three sharp notes between a thumb and finger placed between her lips. SKREEK! SKREEK! SKREEK!

Dawson hears a whistle and looks around, because its echoing and he can't tell exactly from which way it came. "I heard the whistle, but you needn't worry about me I'm no enemy, just a person roaming with no where to go" He yells as he listen to the trees rustle as the wind blows through them. "I only wish to find something to do" He yells after a couple moments of silence.

Pink lids smile as the mare turns her head south. "Well it looks like we're not the only ones who wanted to get away from the city." With a gentle nudge of her knee she turns the horse south and they head downstream. Letting the mare chose her path in the shallow water Inara stretches an arm to her right. The second horse eagerly turns from his snack of emerald ivy and fallows the hand and it's offered scratch.

Dawson takes a seat on the rock by the stream and pulls out his sword. "Hey you seem to be better at this finding stuff out in the wilderness than me, so you get to find me" He yells as he starts stabbing at the fish in the water with his sword. "These fish seem awfully weird they don't even swim away when you stab at them and keep missing" He thinks. "Well atleast no one is here to see me messing up like this" He says quietly and laughs.

Inara snickers at the strangers comment about being hopeless in the wilderness. And here I am, as lost as a loon in the desert when I get into the city. She thought as she began to hear odd splashing sounds. The only way I've found of getting around town is getting exact written instructions. The splashing grew louder as she continued along the river. Distantly a man came into view, stabbing his sword into the stream in the most comical manner. "I doubt you'll catch anything like that'" she said smiling as she spoke over the noise, "It would slip right off even if you did."

"Oh, hi and who might you be?" He asks the lady with a kind of surprised look on his face. "Were you the one that was whistling to me earlier?"He asks as he puts his sword away and begins getting up. "Hmm...One person, but two horses?" He thinks as he notices the riderless horse beside her, after fully standing up and looking around himself. "Hi, I'm Dawson." He says as he extends his hand out and waits for her to shake it.

"You might want to dry that off before it rusts,"She said sliding off the mare, "Inara." was all she said as she took his hand.

"Good idea." He says as he pulls his sword back out and cloth towel from his back pocket. "So how did you know I was friendly, and wouldn't have just killed you as soon as you got here anyways?" He asks her as he begins to wipe the water off of his sword.

"For one thing you wouldn't have been stabbing the stream, and for another, robbers don't generally tell you their hopeless." She said laughing, At least he has a sense of humor. She thought, wondering if he was making a joke or if he really didn't know anything about this part of the country. "Their all in the city for the summer festival anyway. What are you doing out here on your own anyway?"

"Well you didn't actually know if I was hopeless or not though. I mean I was, but I never actually said I was until now." He says laughing along with her. "Their is that dry enough for you" He shows her his sword. "It looks dry enough to me, oh and the reason I'm out here alone is because I just wonder from place to place, I don't truly have a place I can call home." He says as he begins to think about trying to find something to eat. "So anyways its my turn to ask, so why are you out here yourself, by yourself?"

"I don't like cities. Too crowded and dirty." Inara steps sideways and the young roan pushes against her shoulder scratching his head. The horse puts his chin on her shoulder when she reaches up and scratches the edge of the healing wound across his snout.

Zadie watched blankly, her scales the muted shade of the branches. No one noticed the small she-dragon as she watched the exchange. Not even the horses were alarmed at her presence. Then again, horses only started at full-blood dragons. Nonetheless, something was up in the clearing. Zadie was absolutely certain of it.
