Physical Description:
Musei has shoulder length, pure white hair that is usually kept down. Sachi has grey eys that tend to change color depending on his emotions, therefore he tends to where sun glasses as to hide his eyes from others. He may look scrawny and weak, but he is actually quite strong for his size, weighing in at 180lbs, Musei can lift almost double his weight. Musei has one tattoo on his body of an angel with one black wing on his right bicep. Musei prefers the feeling of leather on his body, as compared to the feeling of the silk-like material that makes up the Shinigami uniform, and wears almost all leather underneath his uniform.

Kishitsu is far longer than any normal Zampaku-to, she is not ever considered a Katana sword, she is a Nodachi. She has a flower pattern scabbard that is made of a quite high grade steel that make the entire thing extremely heavy.

When entering into her shikai state, Seisatsu's blade splits in two, right down the middle, turning it into a Rebato. Seisatsu has the ability to create "Perfect Reflections", or exact images of just about anything she sees infront of her and use that image to camouflage herself, and her user. She also has the ability to "steal" images, or to take an image of something of about the same size and shape, and project it onto the user, makeing the user to be almost invisible, unable to be seen, only heard of felt.

After spending 40 years in the soul society, Musei has mastered seven different styles of martial arts including: Kenpo, Choy Li Fut, Dim Mak, Iaido, Ninjutsu Iga Ryu, Tai Chi Chuan and Wing Chun. Musei also mastered his Spiritual pressure, and extremely dealy and potent Chi.

Musei is a very powerful lover, he is a loner but in times of great need he can rise up and become a near perfect leader. He can make people follow him with just his voice. Musei may seem a dull, depressed man, but once you get to know him, you'll find out that he is very deep and interesting.
Biography/History:
Musei was raised in a Kenpo/Tai Chi/Dim Mak Martial Arts Dojo. His father, the owner, was always forcing Musei to do Martial arts, and because of this, Musei didn't have a life outside of school and of martial arts. Musei school life consisted of being harassed by the other student for his small physique, and constant home work. One day during his senior year, a student, Kyouko, went over Musei's limit, by making fun of his father, and Musei got in a fight with Kyouko. The fight was over very quickely, for Musei broke both of Kyouko's legs, his right arm, and three of his upper ribs. Knowing that this would end badely, Musei fled the town, headed for the mountains, to an abondend shrine, and there Musei lived for 10 years until Kyouko tracked him down, and Musei was arrested. Musei was charged with atemptive murder, and was proven innocent, but was still sent to Jail. Musei was harassed there as well, to the point to where he co uldn't handle it anymore, and one day while he was shaving, Musei slit his own throat, killing himself. Now dead, Musei went to his father and left him a note explaining the whole ordeal, and then went to the home of Kyouko, and haunted him, getting a little revenge for what Kyouko made Musei go through. After six months, Musei was found by a Soul Reaper and was sent to the soul society. Once reborn into the soul society, Musei was adopted into the family of Kyoushu. Musei was one of the few souls who somehow kept his memories. Musei decided to learn as much as he could, so he went and found an old hermet who taught him everything he now knows. Musei had wanted to be a soul reaper ever since he saw them for the first time, and once he found out that he had gotten accepted to the academy, Musei was one of the happiest people in the soul society.
