Because this is a stat rp, it comes with a unique fight system on how they settled in a different way. You have the choice of going free-style (Basically ignoring this here system and fight rping the usual way) and stat fighting (Where you follow these rules). However keep in mind to atleast follow the comparison between you and your opponents while even free-styling.
Anyways stat fighting rules.
1. In a battle, any post that includes your stats and some sort of combative action are considered an action. You get three choices of action in every turn, an action requiring attack, an action requiring defence or support which means items and things of that nature. You may make a physical attack and then have the choice to make a combo attack or a chi attack (You cannot chose both), but when Ring you can perform many attacks.
2. Your stats must always be in your battle posts or those posts will be ignored, and remember it is impolite to edit battle posts, so list your stats as listed on stat page.
3. Physical attacks do your Strength divided by 50, for example: if you have 100 Strength you would do 2 damage but if you had 100,000 Strength you would do 2,000, you get the picture.
4. The Damage system for Chi attacks is a little more complex as there are 3 sets of attacks: Basic which a simple chi attacks like using vines to lash or blasting exploding water bubbles (Yes you heard me), Standard which are chi attacks like fiery inferno blasts or throwing a large rock into someone’s face, and Ultimate is conjuring tidal waves or entering someone’s mind and tearing it from the inside,. Basic is your starting chi divided by 20 and it costs the amount of damage towards your Chi and that appliess the same with standard and ultimate. Standard is starting chi divided by 10 and ultimate is your starting chi divided by 4, to note ultimate chi attacks can only be used once you’ve gained a chi level of 10,000. Once your Chi hits 0, you will not be able to perform any Chi attacks..
5. Combos are like Chi attacks but weaker in a way and the depending upon your starting strength (Not your adrenaline or chi). There are 3 kinds of combos: Basic, things like kicks to the back of the leg or elbows to the back of the neck, Moderate which are like a combinations of punches and kicks and Death Blows are things like dropping your opponent onto your knee or slamming both feet onto your opponent from the air. But anyways, damage for basic attacks is Strength divided by 40 and it takes the amount of damage to your Adrenaline since you get tired (and Adrenaline is like endurance in a way) and it applies also to Moderate and death blow. Moderate does Strength divided by 25, and death blow does Strength divided by 5. Once your Adrenaline hits to 0 you wont be able to perfrom any combos and your opponent gains an extra block and dodge than regular.
6. Also counting the damage is base Strength so say you are base 10,000 and you are at 5,460 Strength then you still do 200 damage.
7. Dodging and Blocking are really simple. If you have the same Adrenaline as your opponent you will be given 5 actions: 2 Dodging, 2 Blocking, and 1 Counter. If your Adrenaline is higher than your opponent's, you get 1 extra dodging and 1 extra Blocking, but if your Adrenaline is 10x higher than your opponent's, you get 2 extra dodging, 2 extra Blocking and 1 extra counter. Dodging does not cost anything, Blocking does half damage of the attack your opponent used, and counter sends the attack right back at your opponent. Using an counter on an basic Chi move you will take no damage from it and just basically like it stated knock the Chi attack back towards the sender doing the full dmg of the Chi attack. Using it on a standard attack you will take 25% of the dmg and send the attack back towards the opponent and they will take the remaining dmg. The Counter can't be used on an ultimate move and after using an counter in a post you cannot use an Chi technique in that post just an physical or an combo move. Also when you dodge or block post how many times you have.
You also regain a block every three and a half posts, a dodge every five posts and a counter every eight posts. You cannot go above your stated actions because of these, as in you can’t have more than two dodging if that’s what you start out with, unless you have something that allows you to go above this like.
8. Chi counter and Evasion is really simple. Not to be confused with the counter in rule 8 this is another separate counter. When you want to throw a Chi attack to your opponent to collide the attacks and hopefully win. Just throw one of your own. The person who wins the battle of the Chi counters is if whose blast has a higher Strength than the others. If they are the same both fighters attacks explode and do have the dmg to each fighter. So if fighter 1 threw a Chi wave and fighter 2 fires an Chi wave as well and the attacks were the same both fighters take half the dmg of there own attack and are stunned one turn. Now if figter 2 fired an standard Chi attack to collide fighter 1's beginner, fighter one could up his attack to an standard or an ultimate to beat out fighter 2's attack. Whoever comes out on top the looser of the Chi battle takes the full dmg of the base pl of the last attack fired and 25% from his own attack for back firing. Now this doesn't mean you add up all the Chi you put into the battle you do it like so example: fighter 1 fires Chi wave. dmg 100. Fighter two counters with an blast. dmg 200. Fighter 1 in an last ditch effort threw out a blast to help out his attack. dmg 300+(200*.25)= 350 dmg. Fighter 2 has no other moves to up to to beat out fighter 1 and is hit. Envasion is really simple its just like Blocking and dodging, but when you do it after a Chi counter and want to get away of it, you have to lose 2 of your dodging or blocks. You can only Chi counter 1 time a battle.
(We moderators/raters will soon create an example stat fight rp)
Experience gaining.
Gaining experience can be gained in three ways trainers, stories and fights. Depending how much you get is done in a rating system and depending on how much is gained is determined by a Chitso Samake rater/moderator/admin who calls dibs on rating it.
The system below explains fighting rating after a battle is complete, though please leave on the title of where the fight took place (Rate please)
System now
For each post = 100xp (Remember posts without stats at the bottom will be ignored unless changed during the fight)
For completing a fight = 250exp
(These are more guidelines, the rater may give less or more depending on how he feels)
How easy it was for the rater to read (This even includes writing style and spelling) = 100-500exp
How entertaining the rater found the fight (This includes creativity and smart) = 100-500exp
The underdog against a stronger elemental = Add the two elementals stats together and if one of them has more than 500stats than for every ten stats above that the underdog gets an additional exp
Stories are the same and need to be complete with the subject title saying (please rate). Also seeing as we won’t have that many raters, we ask that you keep them around 1,000-2,000words. They must also be based around the character you are using.
For every hundred words = 10exp
For a completed story = 200exp
(These are guidelines; the rater may give less or more depending on how he feels)
How easy it was for the rater to read (This even includes writing style and spelling) = 100-500exp
How entertaining the rater found the story (This includes creativity and smart) = 100-350exp
Trainers are explained in the training page, however you can train, however you cannot train and fight or hanging with trainer, its more or less if you’re going to be inactive or just aren’t interested in fighting with your character at the moment. You are able to start a thread and make a post each day for 50-250words and cannot train for more than a month unless you’re just been inactive on which you must inform a rater(No more, can’t have you getting strong simply being a loner ) and once you say you’ve completed your training leave (Rate please) and once rated you cannot train for another week. (Be annoying if you kept going train-rate-train-rate-train)
For every day your training = 50exp
For every 50 words you write = 5exp
For each day you train = 25exp
(Guidelines again)
How easy it was for the rater to read (This even includes writing style and spelling) = 500-1,000exp
How entertaining the rater found the story (This includes creativity and smart) = 25-500exp
Applying experience
When you wish to apply experience, than for each one you wish to spend can be exchanged for choir strength or adrenaline.
You may also purchase a mastery technique though these are expensive and require hording lots of experience points. Here’s the cost to purchase a mastery technique.
10,000exp for a minor
25,000exp for a medium
50,000exp for a major
Applied experience will not affect present and ongoing battles, only the following ones after the experience was applied.
