Charge--This character can make a melee attack and move half his speed in the same action
HOW TO PLAY
Speed (SPD): Each character can move this many squares each turn, but they can't go through bold lines or squares occupied by boxes, buildings, etc.
Attack (ATK): When a character tries to attack another, they can do melee or ranged. If it is melee, they roll 2d6 and add it to this. If it is over the opposing character's Defense (DEF) + 10, then they succeed and do the amount of Damage (DAM) indicated. The same goes for melee, but the number of squares they can shoot to is told by their range. Their ranged attacks indicate how many characters they can attack with it. Ranged attacks can go anywhere but through buildings, boxes, around corners, etc.
Damage (DAM): When a character deals damage to your character, your character goes down that many stages. For example, In naota's first stage, he has a speed of 8. When he gets 1 stage of damage dealt to him, he goes down a stage--which is his next number, 6. This applies to all your stats. When someone deals damage to you and you have no more stages left, you get KO'd.
Actions: Each of your characters gets one action per turn. They can either move their speed, make a melee attack, make a close ranged attack or pass.

Oh yeah, and teams start on opposite sides of the board. You can't start on top of the buildings, but you can start anywhere else in the first row or column of the board on your side.
