If there's one thing I'd love to see more of it would be more discussion and thread creation in the guild. So I'd like to create a small incentive for members to create topics of discussion and to discuss.
Here's the scoop-
(This is starting now- not retroactive) If you create a discussion where at least three guild members reply, at least 3 pages worth of posts- then you will get 1,000 gold. There is one catch however- you do have to participate in at least one other member's discussion. You can get up to 5,000 gold for creating popular discussions.

I'm not very good at stuff like this, I'm a lot better with responding to them, but I'll try to think up a few things, no incentive needed. ^^; I might try digging through old writings for something. xD

Sorry I seemed to slack off just after you got back, but my life picked up big time. sweatdrop I'll try to do better again. I'll even see what I can do about starting threads and replying to them. 3nodding Can't make any promises, though.

I think it's the back lash from rejection- you need to turn in job apps but sometimes you feel like the sooner you do the sooner you can be passed over for yet another job. stare
