John:
-John can use the Enma Statue, (the one that rips out tongues if you lie,) and pull out souls from people bodies, if their will is not strong enough. He can search peoples minds, as well, just like Pain.
-He can use Kagutsuchi for defense, and also throw Kagutsuchi discs for attack.
-He is very agile, and he can maintain many Kagutsuchi discs at once.

Minato:

General Minato skills, but with Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken.

Kun:
I am not sure on this, yet. For now, envision him with Yamato + Shodai Hokage (Senju clan leader's) abilities.

Pain:

General Pain skills.

Custom Weapon description: Judge; Judge is a long, golden blade, with white embroidery shaped in swirls, all around it. It can transform into nearly any shape, as long as it is a weapon. It can become an axe, a hammer, a shield, a bow, a kunai, whatever. However, it is strongest in it's sword form, as it can extend hundreds of feet, and it carries a shadow, that can turn into a replica of itself. The shadow will follow Judge's movements, so if Judge was to defend against something, it would, as well. This can be very helpful, in some situations, but the fact that it cannot act on its own severely weakens it. However, the owner can disconnect the shadow from the blade, and shoot it at an enemy, still able to extend it. Another thing about Judge is that it can create large shockwaves, and shoot large waves of light at the opponent, depending on its current size. Judges main perk is that it costs no energy to use, as it is imbued with nature energy. So, if you are in Sage Mode, you can even draw energy from Judge. (I don't have sage mode.) Meaning that anyone with Sage Mode would have a virtually infinite amount of chakra, if they had this blade.
Weapon Weakness: Inability for the shadow to work on its own, it takes a few seconds for Judge to transform into anything other than a shield, (Transforming into a shield is nearly immediate) and if you have an ally who is a sage, who is NOT wielding Judge, their mode may not last as long.
Weapon Range: From a few inches to a kilometer. This blade is commonly used for assassinations, because it can easily reach a target very quickly. It extends from minimum to maximum in a couple of seconds.

However, this is incredibly rare, and may never happen again, as it only happens in very, very desperate and emotion-dragging situations. His other bodies, along with nearby Allied Eidolons, temporarily disappear.
