I KNOW this description is vague,
but basically all i remember is the beginning is a light (can't understand) talking and the whole song every 10 seconds or so sounds like woo woo woo ..."wonk". It sounds like the "woo" is made with a siren or some sort of thing, but the "wonk" or whatever it says is said by a man but kind of distorted sounding.
Please, if you can figure it out or take a shot in the dark, thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu! heart

Im sorry little cat person but thats just about every dubstep tune ever made its pretty general i could give you a looooooong list of songs that are like that

Found it, it was cockney thug by rusko.
WOW. im an idiot.
Even had that in my itunes.
goes to show, you shouldn't try to identify a song when you're drunk.

Rusko is some good stuff, haha but like implosive said all dubstep songs can be described as a lot of 'woo' and 'wonks' lol.
