 Anna sat silently as she glared lividly at the nurse from the hospital. The nurse had tried and failed several times to engage her in conversation the whole car ride. Why did she have to go to a stupid mental home for teens. She had just found out she had a problem, then woosh, off to a mental home. Anna shivered in memory. To distract herself she looked out the window.
The car was driving through an ordinary enough neighborhood. She spaced off as the car wove its way through the streets, then suddenly pulled to a stop in front of a house in the middle of the street. Anna looked around tentatively as she got out of the car. The house looked friendly with chipped pale blue paint that reminded Anna of her home back in California. Odd. Was this really the place?

Ami was sitting on her bed reading the lastest volume of Black Bird.she heard some of the nurses talking about a new girl that was comeing." wonder what shes gonna be here for"
Aido was outside playing basket ball with his older brother fang. He heard a nurse call out to them " Boys its time to come it." Aido nodded and fang swore under his breath" just when i was wining" Aido laughed and walked inside.
Drake was sitting down at the kitchen table working on some of the homework his teacher had sent over. he saw aido and fang walk in " new girls comeing today"

 Morgan coughed, yawned, and picked up the book she had dropped on the kitchen table. She glanced over the top of it at Drake, briefly wondering what he was working on and trying to hide her smile. With a slight shrug of her shoulders, Morgan opened up her thick book to the dog-eared page and scanned through the words to where she left off.

Anna hesitated with her hand on the doorknob. Was she ready to go inside? Her hand was shaking. Behind her the nurse gave her a reassuring smile.
Go on in
Anna rolled her eyes. Like she needed to be told to open a door. With a sigh she opened the door and proceeded into the hallway. From her vantage point Anna could see a sitting room to the left, in front of which was a flight of stairs. Those must be the bedrooms. She turned her head to the right to look farther down the hall. There was a door directly at the end of the hall and farther to the right there was an opening from which she could here voices.
The nurse who had ridden in the car with her gently took her arm. Let me show you around.

Ami walked out of her room and up to Anna and the nurse"is she the new girl?" she asked
Aido nodded." hey drake what are you doing anyway." he asked as he sat down next to drake.
drake looked a him" homework" he glanced over at morgan and saw her smile." What book are you reading?" he asked leanning over the table to look.
Fang yawned" Im bored. Aido lets go watch tv or something." Aido nodded" Kay" they walked out of the room.

Morgan flipped the book over so she could read the title and said, "It's called Poe's Children, and I can't believe how amazing it is. A bunch of short horror stories compiled together that all remind me of Edgar Allan Poe, just as the title suggests." She smiled, looking at the cover. "It's one of the best books I have ever read," Morgan said, her smile widening in complete happiness.

Anna followed the nurse upstairs, trying her best to look uninterested. The home was very happy looking. It almost looked too cheerful. Anna imagined they did this to make people feel more at home. Besides cheerful the house looked very clean. They upstairs hallway was entirely spotless.
"This is the girls hallway," the nurse explained as she pointed at various doors. "There is a separate hallway where the boys rooms are." She stopped at each room and in turn said who occupied it. "Ah," she said as she stopped at the second door. "This is your room-" She was cut off as a girl appeared from the doorway.
"Is she the new girl?"
" Yes, Anna this is Ami, the girl you will be sharing a room with. We will leave your things here before I show you the rest of the house."
Anna studied Ami as the nurse carried her bag into the room.

Ami looked at Anna and smiled." I'm Ami nice to meet you." She fixed her sirt and looked a the nurse." Ill be downstairs with everyone else." she walked downstairs.
Aido and fang sat on the couch watching a old movie as Ami came in." hey sis" Aido said, fang just gave her a disgusted look." he bro. you know were drake is?" " kitchen" she nodded and walked out.
drake smiled" cool when you finish mind if i borrow it." mi walked in and hugged him." morning ami did you just get up or were you reading manga." Ami laughed" manga" she sat down next to him as he helpeed her with her home work.

Morgan blushed and nodded enthusiastically. "Of course you can. It might be a few days, though. I'm only halfway through it," she said, smiling shyly at Drake. Morgan found her place again and started reading, her eyes scanning the words quickly.

Being a marrionette
Hollows a spot in my chest is there no place for l o v e? Kyle stepped onto the grounds of Lyle House number five. She was being transported here for whatever reasons she did not know. She did know that there were others here that were similar to her in a way. Kyle had no knolledge of this place and she had no experience in talking to other people. She was rather shy and she hugged her pink rabbit as they opened the door. She walked in and noticed an alarm by the door. What was that for? Kyle managed to pry her eyes away from it as the people turned to talk to her. She nodded not really hearing what they had to say. She walked into the kitchen and saw some other kids. Kyle only blushed and tried to avert her eyes. She was no good around others, she was horribly shy and she couldn't do anything about it really and thats what semi-bugged her because even though it wasn't herself she somehow knew what she was doing.
The doll in her arms turned its head to look around. Kyle was a Marrionette. She could make things move much like a person with telekenisis could do. So she petted her doll and willed it to stay unmoving. She didn't like others to make fun of her power although a lot of others saw it as 'cool'

Anna nodded to Ami in greeting. She wasn't much of a people person herself. "I'll be downstairs with everyone else,"Ami said and then headed downstairs. Anna watched her go with little interest. Nothing in this house interested her. She just wanted out.
The nurse continued with her bland tour of the house, showing her the rest of the upstairs on the girls side and then heading back downstairs. They passed a room full of people as the nurse pointed out the laundry room. "Now let's meet the rest of the residents of Lyle House she said in a voice so cheerful Anna almost gaged. She led Anna back towards the room full of people. "This is the kitchen by the way."

The nurse was grinning widely Kyle couldn't help but wonder how she hadn't hurt her cheeks smiling that wide. Kyle looked at the newest arrival besides herself and looked at her. She had long hair but Kyles was longer and she was very very pretty. The doll in her arms stared at the girl too. She kind of wondered if the doll wanted to jump out of her arms and attack the girl in a hug. Thats the type of doll she was. She was very freindly and she was also sociable. Kyle had named her doll City for no reason she just found it fitting for the pink rabbit. The rabbit was her life and she loved it very very much. it was her happiness in this troubled world.
Kyle looked at this place, why was she here she didn't want to be here. Kyle figured there was no use complaining since she was already here. She looked at Anna and gave her a small shy smile, "Hello" Kyle simply said and held City closer in her arms. The doll remained silent

Drake smiled" I can wait." He looked down at Ami who was working on her math homework." Ami your doing it wroung agin." he said with a smile as he helped her.
Ami giggled" sorry bro but you knw i stink at math.".
Aido and Fang came into the kitchen arguing over which movie was better Scream or sawAido looked up and saw the nurse walk in with a new girl.

As Anna entered the room her eyes focused on a girl with long blond hair, holding a doll. "Hello."
Anna once again nodded and quickly scanned the room. There were two girls and a boy at the table, and two boys and a girl standing. Hm, there aren't that many people here, she thought.
The nurse was watching their reactions to each other and seemed satisfied with whatever she saw because she then hustled out of the room grinning. Anna rolled her eyes.

Hollows a spot in my chest is there no place for l o v e? Kyle smiled shyly at the girl in front of her but didn't know what else to say to the girl so she just found a couch to sit on. Kyle noticed some kids doing homework on the kitchen table and identified them as siblings. So... even siblings were admitted here?
City turned around in her arms but the way Kyle moved to look at the doll made it look like the girl moved the doll herself. "Trust me I don't want to be here just as much as you do" the marionnette spoke to the doll
